These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Precision Health USA LLC website and telemedicine services. By using our website or requesting care, you agree to these Terms.

Telemedicine Services Our services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals through secure telehealth technology. Telemedicine is not appropriate for all conditions. We reserve the right to decline care, recommend in-person evaluation, or direct you to emergency services when clinically appropriate.

Appointments Appointment requests submitted online are reviewed before confirmation. A valid credit card may be required to hold an appointment through our patient portal. Cancellation and no-show policies apply as communicated at booking and in portal communications.

Patient Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information, participate from an appropriate private location, ensure reliable internet and device capabilities, and follow your provider's instructions and prescribed treatment plans.

Payments Fees for services, insurance billing, and self-pay arrangements are described during scheduling and in portal communications. You are responsible for applicable copays, deductibles, and non-covered services unless otherwise stated.

Communications By providing contact information, you consent to receive appointment-related communications by email, phone, or portal messaging. Marketing communications, if any, will comply with applicable law.

Intellectual Property Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Precision Health USA LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Health USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or telemedicine services, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
